Anna is a Senior Attorney with extensive experience in both employment-based and family-based immigration, including green card cases through the PERM labor certification process. She also handles a variety of temporary work visas, including H-1B, L-1A, L-1B, TN, and O-1 visas. Anna’s clients come from diverse industries, including insurance, information technology, software development, data processing, finance, trading, architecture, business, manufacturing, automotive, construction, transportation, home care, and more.
In addition to her work on employment-based cases, Anna is passionate about family-based immigration, assisting clients with adjustment of status through family sponsorship and fiancée visas. She is a dedicated advocate for her clients, bringing a deep understanding of the complexities of U.S. immigration law to each case. Having immigrated from Belarus at the age of 21, Anna’s journey provides her with unique insight and empathy, helping her guide clients through their immigration processes with care and understanding. Anna is fluent in Russian and receptive in Ukrainian and Polish.
