Helping employers hire and retain foreign professionals and employees is a significant part of Martin Pringle’s immigration practice. Our firm has the experience to obtain the necessary documentation to bring foreign job applicants into the country for interviews, including non-immigrant visas to cover the anticipated length of employment and immigrant visas for professionals and employees, and to counsel individuals through the process of obtaining American citizenship. Intra-company transfers are also a part of the services we provide for our international business clients.
